Isn't BD VPN included with BD Total Security?

VPN won't activate saying my subscription is 'expired.' My BD subscription is indeed currently active. 😕 I do have another vpn provider ("shhhh!") but that is stopped in services (Windows 10 22H2 Build 19045.4170) TY ….
