Bitdefender Home Scanner No Longer Produces Scan Results
I have been using the home scanner for a two or three years now and it used to work great. All of a sudden, several months, ago, it quit producing reports. When I scan the home network I get a "REPORT NOT AVAILABLE" message for every connected device. I have made no changes to my system (other than the usual Windows updates - I am using Windows 10) so I am unsure why it has stopped working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software a couple of times but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?
I have discovered a couple of other people had the same issue but I could not find that a solution was ever offered. I apologize if a solution has previously been offered and I missed it.
