Can't cancel auto renewal.

Hello,

Today I received an email telling me my license is getting renewed. I cancellend auto renew 3 years ago so I'm confused that it's back on.
I followed all the support steps but i'm facing two problems:

When I use central, it gets stuck on this screen till infinity.

If I use 2checkout it tell's me this:

Select, Activate and Install → Install → I don't know → Contact Support → You will get the option of chat, call or email.
