I have an Android TCL30XL phone and the Web.Protection feature keeps disabling, literally >100x a day. I don't have the VPN active.I.have to go into Accessibility to find out that Bitdefender Mobile Security has been set to off. It would be much appreciated if someone could help me with this.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling BMS.

Select, Activate and Install→Install→I don't know→Contact Support→You will get the option of chat, call or email.
