Streaming issues
Is there a way of blocking certain IP addresses bitdefender connects to, or a way to create a favorites list ? Or a way to choose an IP address from a list ? Ive been trying to live stream the Giro via an Australian TV website from Spain on my windows laptop, and Ive noticed certain IP address (3 or 4), stream better than others, lots of buffering and crashing on certain address. Its very frustrating, ive tried reducing video quality, clearing my browsing history etc.

Thanks for the reply, but i only have issues with 3 IP addresses. When i connect onto others….. there is no issue. I have tried to block them with my windows firewall, following a youtube video, but the vpn is still connecting to those 3. Someone else has suggested i block the 3 ips on my bitdefender VPN I dont have a Bitdefender firewall on my subscription.

If you are using Bitdefender Antivirus Free for Windows or Bitdefender Antivirus Plus, the firewall feature is not available. Hence, blocking IP addresses is not possible. You will need to upgrade to Bitdefender Internet Security or Bitdefender Total Security to access the firewall feature.
Additionally, Bitdefender VPN does not directly offer a feature to block specific IP addresses.
