Hi Scott,

No. I am trying to connect via VPN to my external work office.

I first tried Windows Network & Internet → VPN, Add VPN Connection and attempted to connect.

Secondly, I used WireGuard to create a Tunnel with Public key, then I use Bitdefender VPN Settings → Advanced → Protocol → Selected Wireguard… but still cannot login to the vpn site

Maybe this is a long shot, but since you've mentioned that you are trying to establish a VPN connection to your workplace, the network could be protected by a firewall and the first step would be to check if this isn’t blocking the VPN. The firewall filters traffic by allowing or blocking data packets based on criteria such as IP addresses, port numbers, and protocols. I would advise to contact the network administrator to see if they can check the firewall settings and allow the VPN connection, if possible.
