Supporttool

I was trying to contact Customer Support about a spam issue but won't let me proceed without running the supporttool. When supporttool runs it never finishes (even after an hour running). If I kill it, my message doesn't get sent.

    I notice that the anti-spam filter when using Outlook Express picks up very few of the spam mail. (i.e. there is no [spam] prefix indicating that BDIS 2011 has moved an e-mail to the deleted directory. My spammers list is full of possible sources yet some never get tagged!
