Can't Have Any Option For Attachments

I am facing the problem in the Bitdefender 2011 products new forum layout that when I post the new topic there is no option for managing the attachment, and thus I can't upload any attachment in support to issue posted. This problem is not on the other forum categories.
How may I resolve this?
