[resolved]cannot Perform Backup In Bitdefender
I just bought BitDefender TS 2011. I just configured my backup settings in the product. However, after telling it what I want backed up, and the time interval, it goes on to start the initial backup process. Every time I try this, I get an error message.

may be broken. You can either retry now, or the system can
wait until it detects a network connection. Note that your
firewall software may in fact be preventing the backup from
running. Please check your firewall settings.

Two things:
First, my firewall is through the BitDefender program.
Second, my internet connection isn't broken because I have my Outlook client open and it is downloading new messages when I get them and I AM able to connect to the internet through a browser.
Does anyone know how this issue can be fixed?
