Hi.


I just installed the mobile security app on my android phone, and wondered if anyone knew the answers to a couple of questions.


The app has remote wipe and locate, so will Bitdefender be adding a remote lock feature?


What needs to be turned on for the remote locate to work - GPS, wi-fi, or mobile data network?

    Sorry for the delayed reply.


    In order to use the remote lock up function, you need to have the internet tuned on.


    For the wipe process, all the data will be cleared from the phone memory. Don't worry, it can't be recovered.
