Outlook 2010 And Bis 2012

I even got the app outlook tools to clean the temp folder. Still when I open outlook and click an email it opens up the same amount of tabs in firefox.

unfortunately I cannot keep using BSIS 2012 with the various issues so have logged a ticket for the 30 day refund scheme but my ticket does not show in mybitdefender. I will go back to using the anti virus program.

I went for the fix it from Microsoft and its still happening. I do not get an error message. I can access hyperlinks out of outlook, I get popups when I select an email by moving my mouse over it. I have posted screen shots etc and so far 2 ways to fix it have failed. Having payed over 500 euro for office 2010 pro I will have to delete BDIS 2012 and just install the anti virus as BDIS & Office 2010 just don't work together. I do not even know what bit of BDIS is causing it as I could shut that off.

Yes office is up to date, it only started happening when I upgraded to BDIS 2012

I have uninstalled office 2010 and rebooted my computer but after reinstalling office I still get the same issues. I then updated office and still have the same issues.

It looks like installing BDIS 2012 did something to outlook and I cannot get rid of it. I am not willing to reinstall windows as I would lose too much data.

There is nothing on Microsoft about it either.

Please process the ticket I logged for a refund. I want to use my Bitdefender anti virus but do not want Bit defender internet security on my PC. I will then need a new link to re-download Bit defender 2011 anti virus.

I didnt get a ticket ID I just sent a message asking for the refund due to issues

I have re submitted a refund request so hopefully I get a ticket ID, I want a refund for the internet security packet but want to keep my Anti virus packet.

It said I would receive an email with details.

Still no ticket ID, please send me the info to get a refund, I have now submitted 2 tickets via BDIS 2012 for a refund and see no response.
