Torrent Virus Guard Failes To Install

I am using uTorrent 3.1.2 Build 26773 and try to install Torrent Virus Guard (bitdefender.btinstall), but it gives an error. Kindly see the attachment.
How do I fix this?
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32Bits

That scanner is now embedded in uTorrent Plus and for that you need a license.
But you have Bitdefender installed on the system and you don't need the extra scanner.
