Key Not Working On Bdis
Hello,
I have bought a new key of internet security 2012. i added it to my Bitdefender account sucessfully, however when i tried to update the on BDIS software it says "We were not able to validate the license key you entered. please try again ....." I raised the issue with Live assistance team, but still i havent received any reply (please check tickets). I am using BDIS 2013 in 1PC and BDIS 2012 in 1 PC (both have windows 7), but both does not accept the key.
Please provide me the alternate key, or make the key work.
