[resolved] Full Virus Scan Files Omitted Because Password Protected But The Files Are Not Password P
Hello;
I took advantage of the free upgrade and upgraded to BD Antivirus Plus 2013. I recently did a full system scan and the results showed that over 3000 files could not be scanned because they were password protected. However, when I checked the log, almost all of these files were clearly NOT password protected (I could open them without entering a password).
My question: why are these files considered to be password protected? I’m running Win 7 32 bit and the MS Office 2007 suite of applications.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Regards,
Tonia
