Everything Crashes

Once again i have purchased a new product, once again its all going to pot. since i have installed 2013 total security MSN won't load properly, my laptop takes 4 times as long to start up and 10 times as long to shut down, when it does eventually load the new desk top icon crashes (every time i load my laptop when i have time to wait) and i have to restart again, can i just get my money back and go to someone else as i've just had enough of having to send messages like this for the coming 2 or 3 months.

After that i uninstalled the program net connectivity is lost, I changed my os. we are expecting a best secutiy solution but!!!!

    I noticed that too. I've noticed when I'm watching flash video's a lot of time it freezes. On top of that a 2hour scan? LOL my scans have always been only ten minutes for a full system scan now its 2hours plus!!


    16gddr3 solid state drive with i7 975 extreme edition yikes!


    i hope they fix this stuff up soon because i love bitdefender, going to be ###### if I have to switch over to kasper

    Hello :)


    A product update was released. Your build should be 16.18.0.1406(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
