Regarding Accesing Mybitdefender

Hello.


Why MyBitdefender is running very slow ? Today , for about 10 minutes, i see only that sign spinning arround... :wacko:


And this problem not happened only today.

    I cannot access MyBitdefender when i want.


    Maybe the server is slow because of excesive load ?

  • Even after updated to the last build 16.18.0.1406, wich should resolve problem regarding very slow access of MyBitdefender, accessing MyBitdefender is VERY VERY slow.. :wacko:


    What is happen ?

    With .1406, I can slowly reach MyBitdefender and I can not reach the remote controls after clicking more info. See attached.

    Me too, i cannot reach remote controls.

    Logging into my Bitdefender account now seems and is quicker, by the console link, or by address bar. Using F.F. 14.0


    The still hit and miss thing for me is getting into Parental Control, that is where it can hang up on the spinning orb. If I access Parental Control from the console tab, it seems to more consistently load the page more quickly. If I try to get there by first loading MY Bitdefender, or Dashboard it seems to be more random, as far as it loading. Yet even now in trying it the ways I mentioned, loaded pretty quickly. :blink:


    As mitza said previously, is it now getting to be more of a server issue, as the latest build update included some patches, or since this is still so new, a couple more patches to come?


    edit; Dittos on the remote control issue, not logging in.

    Today, problems appear again...cannot access MyBitdefender...and when i did it, i was surprised to see a message that said "There are no devices associated with your account!"


    What is happen ? Too many problems these days...MyBitdefender is "under construction" ? :wacko:

  • Got same message yesterday, then I reloaded page and -- miracle -- my PCs were there again!


    Probably they went for a cup of tea :rolleyes:

    My PC NOT returned until now...i guess the break for a cup of tea is prolonged... :unsure:

    MyBitdefender works fine again, i hope that problems is gone...

    Everything is OK now after the latest product update? We did improved some things in My Bitdefender and soon we will implement new things for customers.

    I am glad to hear that, I will notify my colleagues about your feedback.


    We will improve the service next month and it should work just fine.


    Also, the connection is somehow ISP dependent, in some cases, the ISP is filtering the traffic to our servers.

  • I'm using Telkom Flexi Broadband wireless connection. Today I'm trying Bitdefender Total Security 2013. When I try to reach MyBitdefender, there's a spinning orb that stays in the middle of my screen for about hmmm... 9 minutes till I write this post. I've tried to refresh 3 times.


    I'm going to manage my network and what am I suppose to do if I can't open MyBitdefender page?
