Password protected items have nothing to do with the operating system or the version of Bitdefender.
The are simply packed files that a protected with a password. Publishers usually do this to prevent reverse engineering.

I was only refering to YOUR answer on the Topic , and wondering about that the issue was only available for the operating systems, mentioned on the link, as I quoted.
