Updated Never Been Performed
on auto pilot mode update is checking with auto update button off and update event show update done but when doing a repair to BD2013 the issue is "update never been performed" is there a fix to that ?

The action is perfectly normal because during the Repair process the settings are restored to those from the installation kit that is stored on your HDD.
So when a Repair is performed, the downloaded definitions are removed.

glad you're back and thanks for your reply but i still have the update not being done unless i do it manually.I am not connected wirelessly.

A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
