Registration Problem
A VERY ANNOYING WINDOW is popping up every night saying I have yet to register my bitdefender, something I ALREADY DID. When I check my subscription I says I have 352 days left. Also, I have only installed the program in ONE computer ONCE. Please help!

Please link your device to a MyBitdefender account.
Click the MyBitdefender link (located in the upper right corner of the Bitdefender program installed on your PC). From the drop-down menu select the option "Account settings". The MyBitdefender window will open. Proceed according to your situation: choose 'Create a new account' or 'Login to MyBitdefender'.

First, thanks for helping me with my problem. I had already done what you stated above and I still have the problem. Plus, when I go in to "MyBitdefender account Remote control" it says that my account is active, but at the same time on 'Product registration" it says "this key has already been used". It was ONLY USED ONCE, and nobody else has had access to the key. I did notice something though. In my "BitDefender Account" , under "products" I have the BitDefender Total Security that I bought and I have a BitDefender Antivirus Plus 2013 that still has 15 days left of evaluation that I had tried BEFORE buying the Total Security. Now, that evaluation copy of the antivirus was installed on my computer prior to me reformatting the HDD and reinstalling everything(including the OS). I bought the Total Security AFTER I reformatted the computer, SO IT WAS A CLEAN INSTALL. Could this be the problem? And if it is, what should I do?

Your Bitdefender account is active now and you should no longer receive activation reminders.
If the issue persists, please send me a PM with the following information:
1) A screen shot of your license information: bring up the Bitdefender product installed on the PC > click the remaining days left > now make a screen shot of the pop-up window.
2) Follow the steps explained in the article below and send me via PM the generated log file:
