It says allow
Windows 8 firewall is disabled
Router has port forwarded for local IP : 3389 - 3390
Yet canyouseeme.org shows 3389 and 3390 port canot be seen0 -
OK. One more try...
Control Panel/System/Remote settings (upper left) and "Allow Remote connections..."
Here it works.
edit : and something more: Go to Firewall/Manage Adapter and set "Stealth Mode" to "Remote"0 -

Hmmm....very strange but you can try to repair BD from its uninstall shortcut.
