I wonder whether the new anti-virus solution "Bitdefender Virus Scanner Plus" on mac can use lifetime. Will this application have a new version, like Scanner Plus 2014, and should I purchase again?

No, I don't think that you need to purchase it again as it is only costs once and you can use it in many years to come.
