Safepay Doesn't Work

Hello,


After initially using the free trial version I recently bought BitDefender Total Security 2014.


Unfortunately since I have the paid version Safepay doesn't work anymore.


Pages aren't loading anymore. "Error Unknown(336)".


Any idea how to solve this problem? I tried to reinstall the free version of Safepay but that isn't possible because it already has been included in Total Security 2014.

    Mine works fine but that is no consolation to you. Hopefully a BD tech will see this post but in the meantime send in a help/support ticket - open the Bitdefender GUI and click on the bottom right help and support link.
