Refund Request Due To Unwanted/unauthorised Auto Renewal
Email support ticket: 2013121621020001 from 3 days ago! No answer yet.
On December 15th an order was placed by your "auto-renewal" system
without my consent or my expressed permission.
I was not aware that such a system is in place and automatically active
for my product. I hereby use my right of revocation of this order.
I therefore request an immediate refund of the total amount of 49.95 USD
to my credit card.
Could someone from Bitdefender team please look into this?

I have faced unwanted/unauthorized auto renewal issue on 2nd Feb. Can any one tell me what is the process to get the refund. I have already raised the ticket#2014020217460002, but nobody has replied yet.

It can take a few days to get a reply. You did buy it directly from Bitdefender and not one of their agents?
