Bitdefender License Is Invalid

Hi there,


my Bitdefender Internet Security 2014 tells me that my license is invalid out of the sudden, while I was supposed to have another 600days for the product to function. Please help. :wacko:

    thanks for the reply guys, will PM the administrator. Sorry for making a topic out of this, but I was desperate as I could not send them a support mail even, as the system then pops out to notify me that my license is invalid, thus unabling me to make a report whatsoever. cheers.

    Hi guys, I could not PM the moderators as it says that their Personal Messengers are disabled. Are there any other way that I could get hold of them?

    We kindly inform you that the license key registered in your Bitdefender account has been generated as a promotional key to be used only on French territories but it has been spread on other locations also. Therefore, it has been invalidated on 2014/02/17 and the owners have been notified with 10 and 5 days before this date.


    We would like to offer our apologies for all the inconveniences caused and advise you to contact the vendor directly as we do not have access to their data bases.
