Firewall Blocking Access To Internet
I know this is a topic dealt with many times but I am not finding a clear solution on how to fix it.
I install the Total Security software and if the Firewall is on I can not access the internet at all on either IE or Google Chrome. I do not understand how to set it up to allow these programs to have access. I tried setting it up and it is on the allowed list but the Firewall still blocks access.
Any help or guidance will be greatly appreciated.

If you did and the issue persists, create an exception in the Bitdefender firewall for each web browser:

I had the same issue and this - http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=39492 fixed it, but I have to make this setting each time I turn on the computer.
