Reset Settings Password?

Hi all,
I searched the forum, however all other topics leads to dead links.
I forgot my Bit Defender Master password (the one that protect changes on program settings). There is no option to reset it.
Also, if I uninstall and install again the product, it keeps asking my old password.
Any clues?

I suggest you now need to contact Bitdefender via email and they will send you the instructions -
Email: http://www.bitdefender.com/support/contact-us.htmlThere is no need to reinstall Bitdefender as this will not delete the product password.
Instead, please run the tool indicated via PM in Safe Mode to remove the product password.
