Upgrade From 2014 To 2015 From The Offer

Hello,well i have been a customer for 2 years.Last month (i still have 3 days licence) there was a big advertisement that i can renew or upgrade from total security 2014 to total security 2015 or family pack.


Today i decide to take the offer to updagrade to family pack but i have a problem with the order.


When i connect to my bitdefender on the top there is an advertisement that says take the offer (-40 on total security 2015 and -50 on family pack) when i go to order there the family pack i cant continue to next stage and billing informations i click on the green button but nothing happens. Is there anything i can do to order as i already add the amount of money to pay the family pack but i cant continue to billing infomrations.
