[fixed] Deactivated Safepay But Still Can't Access A Site
Hello,
I have disabled Safepay but I can't access the site of an online retailer. It's the only site I have encountered this error. The site is:
hxxps://www.kotsovolos.gr/site/login.jsp
I can access the site from my tablet or my laptop which are connected on the same network and I can access it from the Safepay app in the Bitdefender Internet Security 2015 Suite but I can't access it from any of the 3 browsers I have installed on my Windows 8.1 x64 bit desktop...
Is there something I am doing wrong? Thank you!

Change the protocol to https:// and you should be able to access it as the one you give is not recognized in my browser.

I changed it on purpose in order to avoid pasting links here. Are you able to access the link I have you without any problem?0 -

I really don't understand why this is happening... I have Safepay disabled and this is the only site I can't access. Anyone else who can confirm the same issue or is it just me?

Actually the issue seems to be the Scan SSL feature that was blocking the access to the site and not SafePay. Problem solved then for now and I will have to search in a different sub-forum.

Thank you for your patience. The issue was solved in the latest Bitdefender build version: 18.19.0.1345
Open up Bitdefender and click the Update button. Wait until the process ends and restart the PC. Then, test to have the latest build number: right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray -near the clock- and choose "About". You should see in the left upper side the build number: 18.19.0.13450 -

But now (for me atleast) the Switch to Bitdefender Safepay tab takes time to close itself
