Autoscanning Of Removable Device Not Working

Last week I bought & installed Bitdefender Total Security 2015 for the first time. Whenever I insert any removable drive (eg. Pendrive), Bitdefender does not scan it automatically. In settings I have set "Scan USB Devices" to Autoscan. Please help resolving this issue.

    Welcome to the Bitdefender forums.


    The machine where this situation occurs is a laptop by any chance? If the answer is positive open Bitdefender, go to Tools, click on Profiles and click the Battery Mode tab. Turn it off and plug in the power adapter.


    If the situation persists turn OFF Profiles, under Profile Settings tab.
