This has to be, hands down, the worst customer support experience for a new buyer.


Your support live chat is a hoax and hangs around in a "connecting" state for over an hour.


1) Did not receive my license key


2) The customer support form is broken


3) The live chat window is a big time wasting hoax


What is going on here???
