Bdfwfpf.sys Causing Blue Screen, In Bitdefender 2015

Just updated to the new Bit-defender 2015 and low and behold I come home after work and see a BSOD. Showing Bad pool Header. I used Blue screen viewer to determine what was causing the problem and its bit defender again. This is getting to tedious having these issues every time I upgrade to a newer version of this software. I have attached the Blue screen viewer results can anyone please assist?[/size]

I had lots of BSOD's lately HitmanPro 3.7 scanning for left remains of spyware.

    Everytime ntoskrnl.exe was involved.

On the internet I found an advice to use driver verifier to find the drivers causing the crash:

    http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/10137...le-disable.html

Having done this, within 10 minutes chrashes with BSOD occured. I used blueScreenView.

Two times the crash involved ntoskrnl and AVC3.sys and one time it involved ntoskrnl and bdfwfpf.sys Both involving Bitdefender 2015 Dutch version total Security.

    Can anybody help with this?

by scanning for left remains I meant: scan for malware remnants and scan for PUPs (sorry for my bad English).

  • I am also getting several (at least four) reboots every day due to BSOD screens caused by bdfwfpf.sys.

Is there any fix for this yet?

I am using Biddefender Total Security 2016 on a Windows 7 SP1 machine.
