Run Once Wrap

Hello all,


I recently bought BD Total Security 2015 and whenever I restart my system I am met with a black screen which I have read is an issue. The problem with this black screen is that it does not go away, I left my PC for 10 minutes thinking it would eventually do it's thing. Bringing up the task manager There are two run once wrap ups in the process list, if I end them the system will load windows as normal. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Problem solved, I Uninstalled BD and the issue continued. Installed and ran Malware bytes and found that there was malware keeping Bitdefender from operating correctly.
