Purchased But No Subscription

I purchased Internet Security on October 18th. I never received an email. I downloaded it (after some searching) and started installing. I had all sorts of problems. I entered a support ticket and after nearly a week got it installed.


However, BD tells me I have no subscription. I logged on to the site and looked at My Account and My Devices. No subscription. I know I bought it because my card was charged. I got an order number from Avangate but they're just a seller I guess.


Now BD is asking me for an activation code (which I gather you don't use anymore). What do I need to do to get this hellish software working?

    I did. NO subscriptions.

  • Back and forth with my trouble ticket. The latest canned response tells me to go to Central and see my subscriptions. I reply (for the 9th time) that I HAVE NO SUBSCRIPTIONS. Then they say click Activation. I HAVE NO ACTIVATION CODE.


    All I have, at this time, is a credit card charge. I have never had this much trouble installing software. Since they use a third party to sell the product, all I have is an order number.


    I never received the activation email. It doesn't seem too awfully complicated to somehow generate another or just send me my activation code, right?


    Next step is submit a conflict with my credit card company as item undelivered.

  • After over a week and wearing my Trouble Ticket almost down to the nub, they finally just emailed me my code. I don't know what was so hard about this. Case closed.
