Bd Support On Holiday?
BD has not been working for weeks, I've submitted log files, opened tickets, tried to get direct contact via Help Chat but no-one is home. Horrible service! I never noticed what a mess this company is until after they switched to subscriptions. Can I trust a company to deal with my security if they can't even keep track of or assist their own customers / connected devices?
