[Sent to Testing] Module Animation Is Not Smooth

When I click Modules in GUI, the animation is not smooth. It stucks ALWAYS. I captured you a video (available in attachment).
SYSTEM SPECS:
- Windows 10 Pro
- 64 Bit
- 4 GB RAM
- i5 intel Processor.

Do you mean that slight hesitation as each window of the GUI opens? It is only a fraction of a second and I don't consider that a problem.
After all we don't spend that much time clicking through the GUI.0 -
