Unexpected Error Bitdefender Central

My OS is Windows 7 64bit.


The total Security 2016 was actived at website central.


However, I cannot loging to the Agent UI.


The error message was showed :


Unexpected Error. Please check that your PC is connected to the Internet and try again.


In fact, I was tryed for many time.


And it is still unable to login.


Would anyone can help me for sloving this issue?

    Please make sure there are no other security solutions on the system and remove them if any.


    Should the error still occur I would advise you to try repairing Bitdefender 2016. A knowledge base article on how to repair Bitdefender is available below:

    Then restart Windows, bring up Bitdefender and hit Update. Wait until the process completes and restart Windows one more time.


    Please let me know if you can connect to Central afterwards.
