Still waiting on support to get back to me with an update. Ticket 2015051609100002 open since 23.01 (even earlier if you count the "contact support" form I filled out and sent and got no reply)

    Hi shenga,

    We apologize for the delay of our answer.

    According to the dumps, the computer stops responding when you run an application that uses the Windows Filtering Platform API. This is a Windows bug which can be be solved by installing the Microsoft patch indicated below:




    Note: choose the download the patch for Windows 7 x64 bit


    Save, extract the content of the archive, then run the resulted .msu file.


    Please let us know how is everything going afterwards.
