Bitdefender Blocks The Notifications And Use Of The Action Center On Windows 10


Bitdefender profiles blocks the use and receive notifications on the Action Center in Windows 10. Many people complain about it in the forums of both Microsoft and Bitdefender forums. The Bitdefender profiles puts the Action Center on "Quiet hours" without notifications and without working well. The solution I found is:

Solution 1:

Disable the Profiles in Bitdefender. Tools> Profiles

Solution 2:

1. Click Start

2. Type in regedit.exe

3. Hit Enter

4. Go to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ SOFTWARE \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ PushNotifications

5. Set to 0 the value next to NoToastApplicationNotification

6. Reboot your machine.

This may activate now the ActionCenter for receiving notifications. It's a temporary solutions but it worked for a lot of people with the same problem.

I wish Bitdefender team could fix this problem soon, a suite as Bitdefender can not afford these failures.

    Yes, it's a temporary solution till Bitdefender fix it. But I'm with that solution 9 days and I haven't seen any problem for the moment. So it's fine
