Cannot Migrate License Key From Bd Is 2015
I have a 3 year license with BD IS 2014, and I was using BD IS 2015 without problem with the same license key. I have now upgraded to BD IS 2016, but Central is not accepting my license key, and is asking me to contact support. Please help.

So have you contacted support? You can do so from the BD GUI drop-down from the top of it or send an email to bitsy @bitdefender.com

I know I'm replying to post from January but that link with solution you've posted above doesn't resolve the problem. I've tried to activate my BD IS 2016 two times and when you type your old license key in "activation code" you get nothing but error. You always need to contact with support to let them activate the key for you. I would like to get my new key from them instead of contact them every time I need to install BD.
