Bitdefender Mobile Security Giving Error Code:0

Has anyone encountered a problem with the Mobile Security these days when trying to scan the Android phone. When reaching around 70% of scanning It shows me "Scan failed. Error code: 0". Also can't connect to Bitdefender Central.

  • You can try this: go to phone's Settings -> Apps -> Antivirus -> Storage and then Clear Data. Login again in BMS and check if the scan completes successfully.

  • As it seemed was an internal problem with Bitdefender servers and today it fixed itself.

    By the way, I have tried clearing cache and also deinstaled and installed again but I was having the same problem on two phones, e.g. huawei(testing with reinstalment)and Samsung having the old application.
