family pack 2016 device limit exceeded with one device in subscription window
Bought Family Pack unlimited devices 2 years. loaded on to first windows 10 laptop and when I tried to load onto another windows 10 laptop my subscription status showed the first laptop but under the second laptop it said device limit exceeded. Can' load to second laptop.

Hi - I've just upgraded to Bitdefender 2016 from 2015 with the family pack unlimited devices and got the same issue saying devices exceeded. Please can you do the same for me, thanks.0 -
