Incorrect Auto Renewal Email

I just received an email that my Internet Security 2016 would be auto renewed on 28-Nov-2016.  This cannot be correct.


The BitDefender display shows that there are 898 days remaining in my subscription and the Avantgate billing database shows the expiration date of 16-Apr-2019 (the long extension being the resolution to a billing issue in April 2016).  In addition, the Avantgate billing database shows that Internet Security 2016 Auto Renewal is _disabled_ (and has been since April 2016 after a billing issue at that time).


I have used BitDefender products for several years and none of them have ever renewed in the November time frame.


So, why have I received this email?
