Can we print from Safepay

I need to print a hard copy of a bank transaction. In Safepay there is a printer icon, but when I click it a message appears saying: "Virtual printers are not supported in Bitdefender Safepay..."


Is it true that we can't use the Safepay print facility in Safepay?

    I think I've solved this. My default printer was set to print to a pdf file. I changed the default to a physical printer and Safepay printed to it successfully.

    Thanks for your feedback default_happy.png, I also got the same issue here, and found out that my printer is always set to .PDF.
