Bitdefender blocking certain websites
I just tried to access a bank website and it no longer recognizes my device and even when they send me a code to verify my identity nothing happens. Bitdefender 2020 was installed just a couple of weeks ago and we have encountered nothing but problems with slow or no customer service!

Please let us know the reason you suspect that Bitdefender is preventing you to access the page? Have you disabled the Bitdefender modules and check if you can access the page when one specific module is disabled?

If you look at the Notifications in BitDefender Central app, you should be able to identify the blocking event that prevents you from accessing your bank site. Click the arrow to the right of the event title and you'll see a page showing details about that incident. If you want to stop BitDefender Box from block you bank access again, look for the link on the bottom saying "Allow access to page". Clicking that link should let your bank access proceed in the future. Hopefully, Roxanne G will correct me if I assumed wrong.0 -

Bitdefender (Total Security 2020) is blocking my Amazon Drive. 'Dangerous page'. I see no link at the bottom of the page.
