Simple answer is no. To protect your android device in the same subscription you will have to upgrade to bitdefender total security.

I had the exact same question after I bought bitdefender on my phone.
I had to buy it again, on my PC and the VPN as subscription and stop the bitdefender protection I bought on my phone, in order to get what I think I got on my phone. :p
Bitdefender is HORRIBLE at giving info, but they are outstanding as a product, so they are forgiven for their really bad info ;).

Please be aware that the Anti-Span feature (for emails I mean) is available only for Windows PC together with an email application (Outlook or Thunderbird etc in your PC)
BD do not provide this feature on mobile devices (iOS or Android) or on macOS devices.
So a spam message will not be indicated in your mobile!!
