Unable to enter in prompts

I use safepay to access my bank. Today, I have trouble filling in text boxes, including:

userid

password

I have been able to get both of those filled in after a number of attempts (re-starting safepay), but I have 2-factor verification. I get the code they send me alright, but cannot enter said code. I put my cursor there, but cannot type anything. I have never had this problem before. Re-starting my computer did not help at all.

  • I had the same problem after the most recent update of Bitdefender on two different Windows 10 computers and discovered that entering the bank codes and answers to their security questions must now be done using Safepay's "virtual" keyboard. Did you try this?
