Malicious URL blocked
I've been using Bitdefender for a few years. In the last couple of days, I'm getting regular notifications popping up about malicious URLs being blocked. The notifications seem to point to something coming through Chrome, although I rarely ever use Chrome. I use Firefox almost exclusively as my browser. These notifications often appear even when I am not online, but using other programs such as Excel or the IPC Reader app, which I am using to study.
Forgive me if this question has been answered somewhere else. It's my first time here, and I don't have much time to look around.
The notifications say 'çhrome.exe attempted to establish a connection' with... a website with an expired certificate with the following URL:
base8-sv.tribal-enjoy.com
I have no idea what that is
Thank you
Shane

In addition to the above, today I have been trying to uninstall Chrome to no avail. It inevitably tells me to close open processes in Chrome, which I did. Initially I had Chrome set to open tabs with default sites when opened, and I have now deleted that. Chrome will not uninstall. I went to settings/apps to uninstall Chrome and I don't know if I missed something, but I'm getting fairly annoyed with constant notifications about this website, through a browser that I only use occasionally.
Thanks
