Unable to access the Internet via HTTP

I am on Bitdefender Security - part of the Netgear Armor product - just installed (as an attempt to solve a problem with Total Security 2021).

The problem remains. The same behavior discussed on other posts/comments. NO HTTP traffic is allowed, even to a local NAS server, even. What's odd is that this problem is only on one Windows 10 PC, and only on one user profile of that PC. I can log in to another account on same PC and I can go anywhere on the Internet.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Bitdefender, and have tried the steps recommended: 1) disable firewall... no change; 2) disable Encrypted web scan... no change.
Please advise.
