I cant update my bitdefender (error code -1)
cant update my bitdefender app on windows 10, it goes all the way up to 98% then i get an error. Im on version 7.92298, build 25.0.21.80

I click the link and i get the website does not load, could something be blocking the website?

The website works fine for me.
I guess something is blocking the websites you try to open or the internet connection.
In this case you need to contact Bitdefender Consumer support.
@Scott can help you by telling you the steps for creating a log file on your Windows device using Bitdefender Support Tool and creating a connectivity log file, all that before contacting the support.

If you click Update in system tray, does the update succeed? For how long did the issue occur? Since installing Bitdefender, since installing a certain program, since restoring the PC to a previous date, or since experiencing some system or Bitdefender crashes?
Update problems can also be caused by a temporary internet connectivity issue. Bitdefender updates as soon as it manages to successfully download the update files. You can also try to connect the PC to another network.
A. If the updates are successful on other networks, the issue is with the default network configuration. Try changing the DNS and disabling 3rd party firewall programs.
B. If the update errors persist on other networks as well, uninstall and reinstall Bitdefender.
If this does not solve the issue, a connectivity log and a Support Tool are required. You can find the steps on how to generate a connectivity log on Windows in the article below:
