Locked CPU
I recently made a check up on my vulnerabilities. My laptop didn't had a password... now that it has one, I forgot it. I was wondering if there was a way to get on the app and unlock my PC. It doesn't seem like I can open it without either cracking the laptop or magically remember my password..? Please help me

@mrmirakhur do you have any input here? I know it's a bit complicated to reset the password..
@MasterLouis I have noticed that you are using windows 10. I found the below tutorial, you can check it out, but use at your own risk. I would strongly recommend having an IT specialist do the job.

Well, I can't figure out a solution since there is no direct solution for this, but one can reset his PC without loosing the data.

Like @Alexandru_BD already said, i would also recommend having an IT specialist do the job.
And this is why you should ALWAYS create a back-up copy of all your data (documents, pictures, videos, other important files, etc.).
It doesn't matter if it's done on an external drive or on a cloud service.
